"Winnie the Wannabe Couch Potato"

Winnie is not our usual program candidate--she's approximately 5 years old--and we feel she needs an extra dose of love and attention to become someone's beloved pet. She's a smart girl and already has good recall, is bonding well, and is very treat motivated.

Not interested in a highly-active young dog? Winnie's your girl. Her beautiful brindle and white colors are adorable. She weighs 58 pounds right now, on diet dog food, and needs to lose some more (what couch potato doesn't?). A little exercise and a few extra walks with someone who loves her will fix that. At the prison, she's getting regular exercise, training and love in equal measure.

Just wait til she looks at you, begging you to pet her.... Make some room on your couch for this girl!
